Sisterhood Health & Lifestyle:
not your mother’s midlife magazine
a digital magazine for women navigating health, wellness, lifestyle, identity, and midlife with more support, honesty, and connection.
Each issue brings together expert contributors, personal stories, wellness insight, lifestyle features, and resources designed to help women feel informed, encouraged, and less alone. We cover the conversations women are having with their friends, their doctors, their families, and themselves.
Our content focuses on women’s health, hormones, menopause, endometriosis, wellness, relationships, self-care, confidence, aging, personal growth, and the everyday experiences of women building full, meaningful lives.
What you will find inside:
- Expert articles from health, wellness, and lifestyle professionals
- Personal stories and lived experiences from women
- Resources for midlife, wellness, and personal growth
- Features on women-owned businesses and community leaders
- Honest conversations about the changes women experience physically, emotionally, and socially
Who the magazine is for:
The magazine is for women in their 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond who want content that feels relevant, supportive, and empowering. It is perfect for any woman that is asking new questions about their health, redefining what wellness means, navigating life transitions, building confidence, or looking for a community that understands.
